In a world where fashion moves faster than ever, Artisand is choosing a different pace.
Launching globally on July 29, 2026, Artisand is a curated online boutique dedicated to contemporary craftsmanship. Bringing together independent brands from around the world, the platform celebrates fashion and accessories created through traditional techniques, exceptional materials, and the time it takes to make something meaningful.

Artisand believes that craftsmanship is more than a way of making – it is one of the most authentic expressions of culture. Every piece carries the memory of a place, the hands that created it, and generations of knowledge passed from one maker to the next.
The idea behind Artisand began long before it became a business.
Founder Andreina Sanchez Romero, a Venezuelan entrepreneur now based in Miami, grew up surrounded by women who created with their hands. Her grandmother was constantly making something – embroidering dresses, sewing bows, decorating the family home, transforming garments with appliqués, or creating handmade ornaments. Creativity wasn't reserved for special occasions; it was woven into everyday life.

One of Andreina's earliest memories is learning to make handmade hair clips alongside her grandmother, then proudly selling them at school. Long before matching dolls became a global trend, she already had one dressed in the same handmade outfit she wore herself.
Those childhood experiences shaped more than her personal style. They instilled a lasting appreciation for objects made with intention, patience, and care.

As she grew older, that curiosity evolved into a way of traveling. While others searched for souvenirs, Andreina sought out artisan markets, independent workshops, and local makers.
Embroidery, weaving, jewelry, textiles, and handcrafted details became a way of understanding the identity of every place she visited.
Years later, that lifelong perspective became Artisand.

"In a world that moves fast, we choose the pause – the time it takes to create something that feels real," says Sanchez. "Artisand is built on the belief that the objects we bring into our lives should tell a story, reflect a culture, and be made to last."
The platform launches with five independent brands whose work reflects that philosophy:
HANA (Venezuela)
LUN (Colombia)
Le Daf (Italy)
Palma Canaria (Colombia)
Woma Hatmakers (Colombia)
Each brand offers its own creative language while sharing a common commitment to craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and timeless quality.
Rather than following trends, Artisand curates pieces with permanence – objects designed to be worn, collected, and lived with over time. Every collection is selected not only for its beauty, but for the stories, traditions, and makers behind it.
More than a shopping destination, Artisand is building a community around a shared appreciation for craftsmanship. A place where discovering a handcrafted piece also means discovering the culture, heritage, and human stories it represents.
