The Virtual Job Fair and Free Continuing Education Webinar is free and open to educators throughout the country who are interested in looking to expand their knowledge or explore new career opportunities. The Virtual Spring Open House events are free and open for prospective families who are interested in enrolling their children at its Broward or Palm Beach campuses.

American Heritage Schools Virtual Job Fair and Free Continuing Education Webinar Spring 2025; Feb. 4


American Heritage Schools invites educators from throughout the country to its free, informative and engaging virtual job fair and continuing education webinar that will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 7 p.m. ET. From the convenience of their homes, attendees will learn about excellent job opportunities and the benefits of teaching at American Heritage Schools, which has locations in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Educators will also earn 1.5 hours of continuing education credit offered by the Association of Independent Schools of Florida (AISF)

 

During the webinar, Dr. Douglas Laurie, president of American Heritage Schools, will share insights into American Heritage Schools’ comprehensive mentoring program, designed to support educators in their professional growth and career development. Educators will also hear from nationally recognized TEDx speaker Weston Kieschnick, an award-winning educator and best-selling author, where he will discuss strategies for supporting student readers and writers in every class through his virtual live webinar called "Breaking Bold: Living the Relationship Habits that Matter." Kieschnick is the author of “The Educator's ATLAS,” “Bold School,” and “Breaking Bold,” co-author of “The Learning Transformation: A Guide to Blended Learning for Administrators,” and the creator and host of Teaching Keating, one of the most downloaded podcasts for educators and parents on iTunes.

 

Whether looking to expand one’s knowledge or explore new career opportunities, this webinar provides the perfect platform to advance their career in education. American Heritage Schools Virtual Spring Open Houses; Feb. 4 and 8


American Heritage Schools is hosting virtual spring open house events for prospective families who are interested in enrolling their children at its Broward or Palm Beach campuses. Each open house offers parents and children an opportunity to meet with the American Heritage Schools team, including the admissions directors, teachers, program directors and principals. The Palm Beach campus will host its open houses on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 9:30 a.m. ET virtually and on Saturday, Feb. 8, at 10 a.m. ET virtually. The Broward campus will host its open houses on Saturday, Feb. 8, at 12 p.m. ET and 2 p.m. ET virtually.

 

The spring open house events will start with a brief introduction from school administrators, then participants will have the opportunity to hear about American Heritage Schools’ extensive curriculum from the educators. The school’s goal is to introduce guests to the campus, the curriculum, philosophy and culture so they can learn what makes American Heritage Schools the Best College Preparatory School in the nation.
