Amelia Island Cookout 2025 Expands to Island-Wide Culinary Weekend with Top Chefs and Immersive Events

The 3rd Annual Amelia Island Cookout, hosted by The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, returns October 16–19, 2025, with an expanded lineup of island-wide culinary experiences, award-winning chefs, and immersive events designed for food lovers and epicurean travelers.


What began as a single-property event is now a four-day, island-wide celebration of food, wine, spirits, and Southern hospitality. Led by Chef Okan Kizilbayir, Culinary Director and Chef de Cuisine of Salt, the event will showcase 30+ chefs, pitmasters, mixologists, winemakers, and culinary luminaries from around the country.

Thursday, October 16


  • Cigars & Port at Ash Street Cigar Parlor

  • Wine pairing dinners at David’s and Burlingame in downtown Fernandina Beach


Friday, October 17


  • Champagne Pairing Class with Chef Kizilbayir and guest sommelier

  • Trolley Beer Hop featuring local brewers Mocama, First Love, and Amelia Island Brewing Co.

  • Sunset Bourbon Cruise with The Decantery

  • Mediterranean Al Fresco Dinner at Coquina with Chefs Philippe Haddad, Bernard Guillas, and Papi Gonzalez, with wine pairings from Michael Kennedy

Saturday, October 18


  • Chef’s Theatre demo at Salt featuring Chef Okan and guests

  • The Main Event: The Amelia Island Cookout – a grand tasting experience featuring live music and dishes from culinary stars including:

    • Dean Max (DJM Restaurants)

    • Tank Jackson (Holy City Hogs)

    • Tony Biggs (Certified Angus Beef)

    • Sharon Pinkhasov (Baked by Sharon)

    • Local favorites like Omar Collazo, David Echeverri, and Chad Livingstone

    • Chefs from luxury brands like St. Regis Buckhead, The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, and Prime Kitchen, Grand Cayman


Sunday, October 19


  • Mystery Pop-Up Brunch (location revealed 24 hours in advance)

  • Closing dinners:

    • Master Chefs’ Gala at Salt with Chefs Corey Chow, Angie Mar, and Ron Hsu

    • Bourbon Tasting Dinner at Lagniappe

    • Backyard BBQ & Oyster Roast at The Pavilion in Fernandina Beach


Guests can purchase individual event tickets or choose from curated culinary packages, including the Ultimate Epicurean Tickets Package, which includes six signature events and VIP access.


This year, the Cookout adds another layer of luxury with private charter packages through ACC Aviation, combining flight, oceanfront accommodations, and all-access culinary experiences.
