Amazónico Miami Opens September 26, Bringing Jungle-Inspired Dining and Nightlife to Brickell

Latin American-inspired restaurant, bar, and lounge Amazónico will make its U.S. debut in Brickell, Miami on September 26, 2025. Originally launched in Madrid in 2016 by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, and expanded internationally through a partnership with D.ream International, Amazónico has become a global brand with locations in London, Dubai, and Monte-Carlo.
"Miami was the natural next step,” said co-founders Silva and Seco. “The cultural energy, the people, the rhythm of life — all align perfectly with what we’ve built.”
Located at 800 Brickell Ave, Amazónico Miami spans three floors, each offering a different experience:
Ground Floor: Restaurant with indoor and open-air seating, an open kitchen, and live music nightly.
Second Floor: Bar & Lounge with live DJs, percussionists, a sushi counter, and private dining.
Third Floor Rooftop: Opening in October 2025, the rooftop will feature panoramic views and Amazónico’s full cocktail menu.
A separate nightlife venue, Selva, will open later this fall on the third floor, designed as a luxurious, jungle-themed late-night destination inspired by Amazónico Monte-Carlo.
The menu, curated by Silva, blends Brazilian traditions with global influences. Highlights include Arroz Chaufa with duck breast, Picanha Rodizio and Wagyu de Bife, Corvina with artichokes and spicy broth and Centollo con Caviar and Guacho de Langostinos.
Drinks are led by bold cocktails and a global wine list curated by Group Sommelier Vincent Pastorello, with a strong focus on Spain and South America.
Design is by Lázaro Rosa Violán, who brings Amazónico’s signature lush aesthetic to life using tropical materials, Latin American modernist elements, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.
