Aman is set to open Aman Miami Beach in the heart of the Faena District, introducing a hotel and a limited collection of private residences with direct ocean views.
The project combines a new Aman hotel with Aman Residences, offering buyers the opportunity to own within the brand’s hospitality-driven model. The residences are designed as private retreats while providing access to hotel services and amenities.
Designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, the property reflects an Art Deco influence through a contemporary lens. The architecture incorporates soft minimal lines, natural materials, and open layouts that emphasize light and movement. Interiors draw on Japanese-inspired elements and aim to create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Residents will have access to a private pool, an Aman Spa, and dedicated dining venues. They will also receive priority access to the adjacent Aman hotel, located in the historic Versailles building.
With its location in the Faena District, Aman Miami Beach brings the brand’s design-focused and service-driven approach to one of the city’s most active cultural corridors.
