Aman is showcasing a series of wellness experiences centered on water across its global resorts, alongside the summer reopening of Aman Sveti Stefan in Montenegro and the upcoming debut of Amanvari in Mexico.

Water-based rituals remain central to Aman’s wellness offering in Bali, where the Melukat Water Blessing ceremony near Amandari takes place at dawn. Drawing on the revered natural springs of Tirta Empul, the ritual is intended to wash away stress and support spiritual renewal. Amandari offers guests access to this traditional experience as part of its broader focus on mindful journeys connected to water.
In the United States, Amangiri in Utah’s Red Rock Country features Aqua Shiatsu, a restorative treatment in a warm pool where stretching and massage are supported by gentle movement in the water. In Bhutan, Amankora’s Paro Lodge has introduced riverside Banya and Hammam Spa Houses that use hydrotherapy treatments to make the most of the site’s natural setting. Amangiri and Amankora continue to expand their spa programs with treatments that keep water at the center of the guest experience.
At Amanemu in Japan, thermal springs and traditional watsu sessions use mineral-rich hot spring water in private pools surrounded by nature. The resort’s onsen facilities are fed by local springs that are known for their high mineral content, reinforcing the role of hydrotherapy in its wellness program. Amanemu integrates these treatments into longer stays that focus on rest and recovery.

Aman Sveti Stefan on Montenegro’s western coast will reopen for the summer season from 1 July, combining the year-round Villa Miločer with a restored private island. In Mexico, Amanvari on Baja’s East Cape is scheduled to open on 1 August, positioned between the Sierra de la Laguna mountains and the Sea of Cortés as a base for exploration along the coastline. Aman Sveti Stefan and Amanvari extend the brand’s emphasis on water-focused settings into the Mediterranean and the Sea of Cortés.
