Amalia Home Collection is a culmination of almost 100 years of experience and heritage in the textile industry. Its roots can be traced back several generations to the 1920s, when some of the original mills of northern Portugal began to manufacture products that personify European quality and craftsmanship.

The Name
The name of the collection was inspired by the great grandmother of António Coelho Lima, owner and founder of ACL Impex and one of the creators of Amalia Home Collection. This bond rooted in its legacy gives even more heart to these collections.
Amalia is also a name known worldwide through one of the most iconic Portuguese music forms: Fado. The collection embodies the soul of Portugal — the melancholic happiness known as "saudade,” beauty, and destiny.
