ALINA Residences Soars to New Heights: Crane Installation of Rooftop Lap Pool Unveils Luxury Living
El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company with a South Florida-based team, brought in a crane to its ALINA Residences to fly in ALINA 220’s rooftop lap pool on Tuesday, Dec. 5. ALINA Residences is an award-winning, world-class residential destination in the heart of downtown Boca Raton that is currently under construction. The crane was at the property to fly four 100-foot-long stainless steel pieces for the installation of the pool up to the 7th floor for assembly.
Phase two of ALINA Residences, which is over 70% sold, encompasses two nine-story residential buildings (ALINA 210 and ALINA 220) will complete the entire project. ALINA 210 is tracking an earlier than expected delivery in summer 2024.
