ALINA Residences Boca Raton General Manager German Cabieses Honored with FirstService Residential President's Award

German Cabieses, general manager at ALINA Residences Boca Raton, has been honored with the 2025 President's Award by FirstService Residential, recognizing his leadership, operational excellence and commitment to building strong community partnerships. FirstService Residential, a leading property management company serving communities across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama, presents the President's Award annually to an individual personally selected by Region President Robert Smith. The award recognizes team members who demonstrate exceptional performance and embody the organization's core values through their daily work. Recipients of the President's Award are evaluated on their ability to lead with integrity, deliver measurable results, build trusted relationships, develop others and represent FirstService Residential's mission across all managed communities in the South Region.

Cabieses has led operations at ALINA Residences through a period of significant growth and transition. Under his management, the community has achieved key turnover milestones and maintained high service standards during the opening and closing phases of ALINA 210 and ALINA 220, the property's second and final phase.

Cabieses oversees all aspects of property management at ALINA Residences, including resident services, vendor coordination, building operations and team development. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing operational systems and service protocols that support the community's transition from construction to full occupancy.

The award was presented Feb. 5, 2026, at FirstService Residential's third annual South Region Awards event.
