ALINA Residences Boca Raton Welcomes Joseph Colon as Concierge for Newly Completed ALINA Phase Two



El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company with a South Florida-based team, is pleased to welcome Joseph Colon as concierge for its newly completed ALINA Residences Phase Two, and Ahmed Abbas as assistant property manager for ALINA 220. ALINA Residences is a world-class residential destination in the heart of Boca Raton.  

 

Colon brings a wide range of experience in the concierge field, having worked at many South Florida luxury properties. Most recently, he served as the hotel concierge at EAU Palm Beach Resort and Spa in Manalapan, Florida. Prior to that time, he worked with guests at The Boca Raton (formerly Boca Raton Resort & Club) as a concierge/Discovery Center supervisor, brand ambassador with Breville in Boca Raton, concierge at the Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood Beach, Ritz Carlton South Beach in Miami Beach, and Eden Roc Resort in Miami Beach.  

 

Abbas joins ALINA Residences from Harbour Investment Co. Ltd. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where he served as an operational manager for nearly seven years. Before that, he worked as an assistant guest service manager at Hilton Garden Inn in Romulus, Michigan. He earned an executive master’s in business administration from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in developmental psychology from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Additionally, German Cabieses, managing director at ALINA Residences, was recently recognized by FirstService Residential for his outstanding service culture, consistent collaboration with other managers and teams, servicing clients and enhancing clients’ experience.


Cabieses was also recently featured on the cover of Marquis Who’s Who Magazine’s 17th edition Millennium Magazine where he was profiled for a story on his career highlights, including his work building an award-winning service team at ALINA Residences. 

 

ALINA phase two, which includes ALINA 210 and ALINA 220, is more than 80% sold and features a variety of available residences and floorplans. ALINA Residences comprises three nine-story buildings: ALINA 200 (121 residences, which are completed, sold out and occupied), ALINA 210 (30 residences, which are completed) and ALINA 220 (152 residences, received TCO in January 2025), for a total of 303 units. Residences are priced from approximately $4 million to more than $10 million. There are a variety of floor plans still available at ALINA 210 and ALINA 220.
