Spanish second seeds Alejandro Galán and Bea González secured the Premier Padel Miami P1 titles following a series of intense finals at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The tournament, which concluded on Sunday, March 29, 2026, featured high-stakes duels and a notable appearance by tennis star Carlos Alcaraz.

Women’s Final: González and Josemaría Clinch First 2026 Title
Bea González and partner Paula Josemaría Martín defeated top seeds Gemma Triay Pons and Delfina Brea Senesi in a match lasting nearly three hours. After taking the first set and losing the second 6-4, the second seeds won the decider 7-5 to claim their first championship of the season.


The victory followed a challenging path to the final:
The duo faced criticism early in the season due to initial performance struggles.
They secured two routine victories before a grueling semi-final against third seeds Ariana Sánchez Fallada and Andrea Ustero Prieto.
Despite losing the first set of the semi-final 6-4, they recovered to win 6-4, 6-4.
The win moved Josemaría level with Triay, Brea, and Sánchez at the top of the Premier Padel titles list. The week also marked the launch of González’s Red Bull TV documentary, "Padel Life".
Men’s Final: Galán and Chingotto Overcome Top Seeds
Alejandro Galán and Fede Chingotto bounced back from a recent quarter-final exit in Mexico to secure their second title of 2026. The pair defeated world number ones Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia in a three-set battle, winning 7-5, 3-6, 6-3.


The road to the men's final included:
A dominant 6-2, 6-2 semi-final victory over third seeds Miguel Yanguas and Franco Stupaczuk.
Capitalizing on a vulnerable Coello and Tapia, who had survived a punishing three-set semi-final against Juan Lebrón and Leandro Augsburger.
With this victory, Galán moved level with Tapia for the most active career titles at 55. Partner Fede Chingotto was recognized as the MVP of the final.
Looking Ahead
The Premier Padel circuit will pause briefly before resuming for the NEWGIZA P2 event in Egypt, scheduled for April 13 through April 18, 2026. The 2026 season continues as a unified global tour featuring 25 tournaments across 17 countries.
