TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is offering a unique take on the Thanksgiving feast with a Latin-Caribbean fusion menu. Located on the 15th floor of W Miami in Brickell, the restaurant is inviting guests to celebrate under the stars with breathtaking city views.
The a la carte menu offers a three-course dining experience from noon to 9:30 PM. Starters include options like achiote turkey empanadas and honeynut squash soup with coconut cream. The main course selection features a tropical spin on classics, such as mojo-brined turkey breast, Colombian-style stuffed hen, or a plant-based ropa vieja. Diners can choose two sides from a list that includes yuca mash, chorizo cornbread stuffing, and Brussels sprouts with a guava glaze. The meal concludes with a choice of one dessert, with options like pumpkin tres leches, dulce de leche pecan pie, or coconut mango panna cotta.
