ONE Sotheby’s International Realty Named Exclusive Sales Partner at 9900 West in Bay Harbor Islands

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has been appointed the exclusive sales and marketing partner for 9900 West, a boutique waterfront residential development in Bay Harbor Islands, as the project reaches its construction top-off milestone. The appointment coincides with the completion of vertical construction and places the development on track for a projected delivery in summer 2026.

Developed by The Horizon Group, 9900 West is a limited collection of 23 luxury residences with a private marina, located along the Indian Creek waterway. The seven-story building, designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects, is nearly 50 percent sold and introduces a low-density residential offering in one of South Florida’s most walkable and sought-after island communities.

The development blends the privacy of single-family living with the convenience of boutique condominium design. Residences range from two to four bedrooms, including a penthouse collection, with interior sizes spanning approximately 1,200 to 3,200 square feet. Interiors are fully finished by Craft Studio and feature open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive glass-enclosed terraces overlooking the water.

Kitchens are outfitted with custom Italkraft cabinetry, Miele appliances, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, and integrated wine refrigeration.
