Presented by GOYA Foods and hosted in partnership with Breakthru Beverage Florida, the 2025 festival continues to expand its offerings with the launch of an all-new event series, “Experience Miami Beach.” This exclusive two-night culinary experience opens the festival on Wednesday and Thursday evenings with multi-course, wine- and spirit-paired dinners at some of Miami’s most sought-after dining establishments, including Carbone, Mimi Chinese, Rao’s, Pubbelly, and Catch Miami Beach. Each dinner is curated by local culinary talent and features premium wine and spirits brands, including selections from Tequila Herradura and Jack Daniel’s.

On Friday, October 24, the energy amps up with the return of the Tequila Herradura VIP Chef Showdown, where 20 chefs face off in 10 head-to-head seafood battles. This spirited competition, held at Lummus Park, allows attendees to sample and vote for their favorite dishes in categories such as crab, ceviche, shrimp, and surf n' turf. With live DJ performances and the high-stakes GOYA Culinary Pavilion stage, the evening promises entertainment as bold as the flavors.
