Café La Trova returns to Bleau Bar at Fontainebleau Miami Beach for a one-night-only takeover on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 9 p.m. to midnight. The evening brings the energy of Little Havana to Miami Beach, with Café La Trova’s acclaimed Cantineros joining the Fontainebleau bar team alongside live Trova music and the restaurant’s signature Cuban cocktail culture.

Guests can enjoy a custom cocktail menu created exclusively for the evening, featuring the Sabor a Mamey, Espresso Martini, Pornstar Highball and The Big Apple.
